My thanksgiving day was fun and special because I was celebrating with my family, enjoying the thrill of my two nephews, and of course eating much turkey and giving thanks to God for my family and for each day that I may live. I think that Thanksgiving Day is a special and important day to give thanks to God and the opportunity to share with your family and loved ones makes it much more important and special.
Melissa Quiles Borrero My thanksgiving's day was very special. First, I go to the church to give thanks to God for my life and my family. My mom made turkey with rice and potatotes salad and was very delicious. Then, my sister and my brother go to my house to eat. The day was sunny and beautiful. My boyfriend also come to my house and all the day stay with me. The Thanksgiving's day was very good.
My thanksgiving's day way very special in comparison with other years. In the morning I went to the church. To give thanks to God with all blessings that it gives me. Then all family coming to my house to share. My family have more of sixty persons and all were in my house. The turkey was prepared for my aunt that have good hand to cook. The party finish to eight at night. Soon had to sleep because to the other day it works in blackfriday, that was a disaster day. I hope that the following year is far better that this and that God continues blessing to us.
Vilmarie Rivera Ocasio Every day we must give thanks but the best opportunity to give thanks is on Thanksgiving Day. Staying in family, sharing and enjoying this day is amazing. We have the luck that we can enjoy and have fun together. This day is one of reflection where each person uses the day to meditate and be grateful. The Thanksgiving Day was phenomenal. First I went to the church with my family to give thanks to God. Then I went to my aunt’s house and stayed there all day with my whole family. I enjoyed that day with my family and it was amazing. Every time I realize that is incredible to live and give thanks. We are fortunate that we have a home, food, family and friends and that we enjoy a good health. I think that is all we need. Sometimes, we ask for more when we already have the necessary elements to live very well. We have to be grateful for the things we have, share them and specially give thanks to God for everything we got. We don’t need to find more, just ask yourself if you and your family are happy and healthy, don’t think in material things. They help us, but they don’t bring happiness. For that reason we need to be grateful and give the importance to the things that really deserve it.
Thanksgiving day should be a very important day in our lives. That day I woke up very early in the morning when I heard a target of the Catholic Church I pass for my house at 6am. Then I began to help my mother who was preparing the turkey for my grandmother and my home. The menu for that day was obviously roast turkey, rice with pigeon peas, pickled bananas and could not miss the flan. We began to eat early because my mother is very exaggerated and got up to cook the turkey at 7 in the morning. We thanked God for all that blessed us with this year and previous years as well. At about 1:30 we were already meeting with family and eating delicious Thanksgiving dinner. For these reasons was one of the best days I've spent this year because I was sharing with my family.
A greate, greate day with my family. For me this day starter like the 5 am. First my mom start to cool the turkey and we go to the church. Later come to the house to pick the food and prepare to go to my grands mother's house. When all of the members of my family are in the grandsmother's house we take ours hands to do a pray. then we eat and talk with each others. This is the best time to see all the family together and take a grate photo.
The day of Thanksgiving is a very special to me. That day most of the family met to share and give thanks to God for all he has given us and what not too. First we turn to our God, then celebrated with a varied dinner and then continue the celebration by dancing and singing in the karioki. As a tradition that is the day on which we place the Christmas tree and officially begin that time Christmas is beautiful. Definitely, for my day of thanksgiving is one of the most special days of the year.

In family I sat down to eat my sister, Mom and Dad and again we gave thanks to God. In the afternoon we went to my grandmother's house to share with others and eat turkey again. But it was a good special day are all special, but I love to spend it on family. May we all be so thank God.
